Noticed I forgot to reply to your past message, but if some Twingos were built in 1992, then Twingos are already importable in the US...

Try and get one with the optional elite-ladies-standing-next-to-it package.

He’s also a day off anyway, since three days from now will be the 31st.

Very true. Off-topic, what are JZX90 prices like right now? A friend of mine is looking to import one within the next year or two. I know they’re newly importable so I’m assuming they’re pretty pricey right now.

It depends what you’re looking for... Nice stock with low mileage and manual Chaser go for a lot of money... recently a stock one with 45000km on the clock went for 11k$ at auction, no shipping or anything.... But if you’re looking for regular Mk2, they are currently quite a bit cheaper... 8k$ landed or so... But in 2 years prices won’T be anywhere nearly comparable.

The 4th Generation Daihatsu Charade will also be available for the first time.

Thanks, I’ll let him know. He isn’t looking for a perfect one, and I think he wants to go with either a Chaser or a Cresta. I’m waiting for the 100 myself, since I have a car loan until 2020 or early 2021.

I remember them, vaguely. All gone now.

It’s pretty much impossible to tell someone how much cars cost when they plan on buying something in 2 years... maybe prices will drop or they’ll go up like crazy... Keep in mind nice R32 GT-R used to cost $7000, shipping to any country in the world included 5 years ago...

There has been a Twingo around Chicago for the past 9 years apparently and it still gets spotted on our largest Chicagoland facebook car spotting group. Not sure on the back story, but I presume it was a former diplomat car. The night shots were from Jan 2017.

Here you go . Of the 6 hits, none has an asking price over €1k. Don’t know why you’d want one though.

The best thing about them was probably the 90's Japanese economy car seat fabric designs followed by the and G200 GTi engine.
